Anne Hubben is the Project Manager at Step Change where she facilitates product development from ideation to implementation. She maintains relationships with customers, vendors, suppliers and manufacturers while managing the execution of product innovation.

Anne’s background in functional foods began at Ganeden in 2015 after a career in recruiting & coaching. As their Project Manager, she led product development in partnership with the sales, science and regulatory teams launching some of the industry’s most recognizable products. She led the effort to acquire Non-GMO Project Verification for BC30, the first probiotic to get this recognition. She was part of the due diligence team for the merger between Ganeden and Kerry and led the integration of the two businesses. Anne led the corporate responsibility initiatives for her region throughout her time at Kerry.

Anne’s strengths are relationship development, collaboration, systems implementation and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specifications.

Anne has a BA from Boston University.
