Joseph Bradley

Joseph Bradley is the former Senior Vice President of Ganeden Probiotics. During his tenure at Ganeden, he managed the company’s key accounts and served as the primary driver of both revenue and growth. He led the successful effort to merge Ganeden with Kerry Inc. in 2017. Following that merger, he served as Director for Kerry’s newly formed ProActive Health Division.

With a proven track record for delivering results and generating maximum value for customers, strategic partners and shareholders, Joe has assisted in the development and launch of over 500 food, beverage and dietary supplement products sold globally, for clients ranging from large CPG brands and contract manufacturers to venture-backed startups (many of which have been recognized and awarded for innovation).

Today, Joe leads the consumer product innovation process at Step Change Innovations, leveraging that experience in taking early-stage ingredient and technology solutions to market and developing outlets to generate significant new revenue.

“Our greatest value is in helping partners discover simpler, more efficient ways to grow their businesses and profitability. We’re here to help bring the highest-quality technologies to market safely, successfully and true to brand values, wherever on the product development journey we can make a difference.”

Joe is the founder and President of the Karen Bradley Foundation for Multiple Sclerosis, a 501c3 non-profit working in conjunction with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and Cleveland Clinic to fund respite care services for families in Ohio.
