Vic Peroni has spent three decades leading finance and operations for companies across consumer products, biotech, manufacturing, and software. A CPA who began his career at KPMG, he has spent most of the years since in C-suite seats — building teams, fixing supply chains, and getting financials in shape so growth and exits actually happen.
At Ganeden Biotech, Vic was part of the leadership team that grew the company’s OTC division and sold it for $40 million. He later launched Hebron Pharmaceuticals’ first US division from the ground up, securing national distribution at Walgreens, Walmart, McKesson, Cardinal Health, and Amazon within the first few years of operations. As EVP of Operations at Growve, he helped scale the business from $40 million to nearly $300 million through organic growth, acquisitions, and vertical integration. Most recently, as Chief Commercial Officer at Locus Fermentation Solutions, he restructured the CarbonNOW sustainability program and helped secure a $15.5 million investment from Green Star Royalties.
Through VP Consulting & Business Services, his own firm, Vic serves as fractional CFO and CXO for clients across advanced manufacturing, consumer products, biotech, cleantech, and corporate learning.A native of Northeast Ohio, Vic holds a BSBA in Accounting from Baldwin Wallace University and is a CPA (inactive) in the State of Ohio. Over the years, he served as commissioner of Geauga County CYO football, founded the Geauga County Sports Academy, coached high school football for several seasons, and sat on the finance committee at Notre Dame Cathedral Latin.
